Quando fazer a negativa de uma frase no passado usado a forma negativa no passado do verbo To Be: Did not (ou didn’t, que a forma abreviada).
Porém, quando usamos o did (seja em sua forma afirmativa, negativa ou interrogativa), sempre usamos o verbo que indica ação na sua forma básica.
